Who is responsible for this data
This site belongs to Krayware studio — TODO(owner). The legal name, the form of registration and the address will appear here before the site launches; until they do, treat the studio itself as the data controller.
With any question about your data, write to the address on the contact page. That way the letter goes straight to a person.
What data we receive
Only what you give us yourself:
- the channel you chose: mail, phone or a messenger handle;
- the description of the task and what already exists: links, the project's history, sometimes access;
- the files you attach to the brief, with everything written in them;
- anything else you decide to write to us in a letter or a messenger.
To be clear: the site never asks for, and has nowhere to accept, identity documents, card details or banking passwords. If a page ever asks for that in our name, it is not us.
The hosting sees the technical traces of any visit: IP address, browser, time of the request. It needs them to serve the page and to fend off an attack. We do not read those logs and never match them against briefs.
What we need it for
To answer you and to understand what the project is: read the task, judge its size and its timing, ask the questions back.
And, if we agree to work together, to do the work. Correspondence, access, invoices and completion certificates then live inside the contract.
We build no mailing list out of this, enrich no profiles and pass nothing to advertising systems. A brief here is a message to people, not a row in somebody else's CRM.
On what grounds we process it
There are two, and both are plain: your consent, given when you send the form, and the steps before a contract, meaning the same correspondence a contract grows out of.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time, in one letter. It needs no explanation, and it does not undo what was already done before the withdrawal.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies. Neither its own nor anyone else's: there are no advertising pixels here, no social widgets and no share buttons dragging third-party scripts behind them.
That is why you see no consent banner. It is missing not because we forgot it, but because there is nothing to consent to.
Visits are counted by Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies and without a visitor identifier. We see that a page was opened so many times; we do not see by whom.
How long we keep it
A brief that did not become a project is kept for up to a year. People do come back with the same task six months later, and remembering the conversation beats starting from nothing.
Correspondence about a project is kept while it runs and for three years after it ends: that is the span in which questions about the work can still arrive.
After that we delete it. If you ask us to delete it sooner, we delete it sooner.
What you can demand
At any moment, and without explaining yourself:
- to learn exactly what data of yours we hold;
- to have what is inaccurate corrected;
- to have deleted whatever the law does not oblige us to keep;
- to withdraw your consent to the processing;
- to object to the processing or to restrict it;
- to receive a copy of what you sent us.
Write to the address on the contact page. We answer within thirty days, usually sooner: thirty days is the limit in the law, not our pace.
If the answer does not satisfy you: in Ukraine a complaint goes to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, and in the European Union to the supervisory authority of your country.
How we keep it safe
The site runs over HTTPS only. Briefs are seen by the people working on them and by nobody else; files from the form stay in the studio's working group and are uploaded nowhere.
We do not promise absolute security, because there is no such thing. We promise something else: if there is a breach that concerns you, you will hear it from us.
If this page changes
The date of the last update is at the top. Small changes of wording we simply make; if the substance changes, we will say so through the same channel we already talk to you in.
